At Eclipse by Shrouk, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below:

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

    1. You received a product different from what you ordered (e.g., incorrect color or model).

    2. The product has a clear manufacturing defect (e.g., tears, unacceptable stains, or fabric issues).

    3. The product arrives damaged due to shipping.

Return Request Timeline:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • After 24 hours, the product is considered accepted, and returns will not be accepted.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The original packaging and tags must be included.

  • Products with makeup, perfume, or any signs of use will not be accepted.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram with:

    • Your order number or a photo of the invoice.

    • Clear pictures showing the issue or mistake.

  2. We will respond within 24 hours.

  3. If the return is approved:

    • The product must be returned via a shipping company at the customer’s expense.

    • After inspecting the product and confirming its condition, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
